Colanders
This colander has green glaze inside and blue on the top half of the
outside. The blue glaze used on the outside overlaps with the green
to create a third color. The colander is 5.5 inches high, and 10 inches
wide. There are strap handles on opposite sides of the colander. There
is a hand thrown pedestal for a base which elevates the colander to
assure easy and rapid drainage when straining pasta. This is an attractive
container for fruits and vegetables, allowing air to circulate around
the produce.
